Interim Management
Interim management is also known as 'temporary management'. An interim manager visits your company for a limited period – usually between 3 and 18 months - and provides his know-how and experience for the purpose of steering forthcoming challenges in the company in a positive direction.
Interim management as an interface between employees and managerial levels
Our interim manager supports your organisation by - amongst other things – filling positions. He has to examine processes from various perspectives. Alongside the theory of numbers, the interim manager may never lose sight of the practical viability of new processes and tools. He is in close contact with the employees and checks how the positions of the employees can be most effectively used. In addition, he also promotes the abilities and competencies of the employees and – as appropriate – enables them to work with new, effective systems. The aim of interim management is to find solutions to challenging problems.
The interim manager in your company: a partner with vision
An interim manager can both intervene in crisis situations to provide support and point the way during an economic boom for a continued positive and future-oriented development of the company. He is employed both as a substitute for management executives, who have suddenly become unavailable, and within the framework of a reorganisation or restructuring. The trained manager is a partner at your side for the entire duration of the project and makes your internal entrepreneurial goals his own. The interim manager knows the market and its development and – on this basis – provides recommendations for the sustainability and competitiveness of your company.
We provide you with an interim manager in the following areas:
